About the Role:
* As an Operations Driver, you will be driving service vehicles to manage our e-scooter fleet.
* You will be responsible for picking up e-scooters across the city and moving them to high demand locations, as well as swapping batteries.
* You may work independently or be paired with a ground patroller to support you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a service vehicle and conduct regular checks on the e-scooters to ensure they are functioning properly.
* Pick up e-scooters across the city and move them to high demand locations.
* Swap batteries and perform other tasks as required.
Warehouse Technician:
As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and servicing our e-scooter/e-bikes fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular quality assurance checks on the e-scooters to ensure they are functioning properly and are safe to be deployed for riding.
* Repair and service e-scooters/e-bikes to maintain their performance and safety standards.
* Perform other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of our fleet.
Requirements:
1. Flexibility to work regular evenings, nights and/or weekends is preferred.
2. Able to work 20 hours (minimum) to 38 hours (maximum) per week.
3. Suitable personal smartphone is required (generally an Apple or Android device from **** or newer).
4. Ability to regularly lift, carry and manoeuvre ***** kg.
5. For Operations Drivers, a valid driver's licence is required. For Warehouse Technicians, some mechanical repair and/or technical troubleshooting experience is highly preferred.
