Due to our expansion and growth in the business, we are seeking to expand our team with experienced hospitality professionals. We are looking for experienced Restaurant Waitstaff and Drink/Food Runners to join us.

About You - Waitstaff
* Relevant qualification or equivalent experience required.
* Ability to handle a busy section with multiple sittings per day as section waitstaff.
* Show a continual desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Attention to detail in a high-pressure, fast‐paced environment.
* Wine knowledge preferable but not essential.
* Must be able to carry 3 plates.
* Fluent English and well groomed.
* RSA Certificate essential.
* Experience with computerised POS systems.
* Available to work days, evenings and weekends. (8 at Trinity is currently closed on Mondays and Tuesdays)
* Must be very well presented, well spoken, reliable and honest.
