Become an integral part of our team as a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist. You will design and optimise lifecycle marketing campaigns that captivate customers, boost retention, and accelerate business growth. The role requires robust experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation to execute campaigns that connect with audiences.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth
- Align campaign strategies with regional goals alongside the Lifecycle Marketing Manager
- Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns and optimise performance through data-driven strategies and A/B testing
- Track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights using analytics tools
- Implement lead scoring, nurturing, and routing processes to sales teams
- Enhance lead flow management to improve conversion rates and sales alignment
- Continuously refine lead management processes for better campaign effectiveness
- Utilise platforms like Eloqua and Account Engagement for personalised lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Maintain email deliverability best practices and stay updated on privacy laws
- Collaborate with brand and marketing operations teams to ensure campaign alignment
- Facilitate seamless integration between marketing automation systems and CRM
- Maintain dashboards to track campaign performance metrics
- Offer insights and recommendations based on data analysis for continuous improvement
- Conduct performance reviews and present findings for optimisation
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years in lifecycle/email marketing, with a strong emphasis on marketing automation
- Demonstrated success in analogous roles within global organisations, showcasing adaptability and strategic execution
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, essential for clear and effective stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to influence and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across all organisational levels
- In-depth knowledge of the B2B environment, enabling tailored lifecycle marketing strategies
- Familiarity and adeptness with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, Eloqua, and Account Engagement, and their strategic application
- Robust understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), ensuring compliance and integrity in marketing endeavors
- Competence in developing and implementing long-term lifecycle marketing strategies that align with overarching business objectives
- Expertise in utilising analytics tools to assess and optimise campaign performance
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
- Certifications in marketing automation platforms are advantageous and add value to the role
