This is a pivotal role responsible for delivering revenue growth, elevating the customer experience, and building a high-performing marketing function that consistently exceeds to the Commercial Director AU/NZ, this **full time** role owns the e-commerce performance across AU/NZ, ensures revenue targets are achieved while strengthening brand presence and customer engagement. This role is based at our Head Office in **Tullamarine, Victoria.****Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:*** Own digital channel performance to deliver revenue, conversion and AOV targets, and optimise the website experience* Act as the key liaison with Global HQ, providing market insights to guide strategy, demand planning, and investment decisions.* Manage the marketing P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and adjusting spend based on performance and market conditions.* Deliver regular performance reporting and insights to inform local and global stakeholders.* Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, driving brand growth through local campaigns across key channels.* Lead product launches and lifecycle management, including pricing, promotion, and merchandising.* Ensure all marketing activity complies with AU/NZ regulations and brand guidelines.* Manage strategic partnerships and agency relationships to deliver strong commercial outcomes.* Lead and develop the marketing team while collaborating cross-functionally with key business stakeholders.**To be considered, you should possess:*** Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field* A minimum of five (5) years' marketing / e-commerce experience* A minimum of two (2) years' management experience* Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the car rental or related industry* Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, such as Salesforce or similar CRM* Familiarity with product management methodologies and principles* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment* Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed marketing decisions* Passion for understanding customer behaviour and finding innovative ways to enhance the customer journey* Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels**In return, the successful candidate will receive:*** Attractive remuneration package including an annual bonus incentive* Ability to work from home under a hybrid working model* Six weeks' employer-paid parental leave (in addition to government entitlements* Ongoing training and career development opportunities* Global brand opportunities across AU/NZ and beyond* Proudly ranked in the Top 30 of the 2025 GoodCompany Awards* Referral bonuses and exclusive employee discounts (private health insurance, Accor All Heartists program, gym & more!)* 24/7 wellbeing support via EAP and the Calm App
