This is a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative who is looking for more than just a job. The Role

The Customer Service Representative is a key part of our customer experience journey and is often the first point of contact for customers.

You will support customers by preparing quotes and proposals, processing sales orders, and assisting with their ICT requirements in a timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities
* Manage and support allocated customers
* Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and sales orders
* Respond to customer queries and support tender requests
* Work with internal teams to scope and cost services
* Resolve customer issues through problem solving
* Maintain product and service knowledge
* Support sales and technical teams with customer solutions
About You
* 4+ years' experience in customer service, administration, or phone-based sales
* Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
* Confident using MS Office and online systems
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Self-motivated and able to prioritise work
* Interest in ICT highly regarded
