The Role
As Venue Manager, you will play a key role in re-invigorating the Riverbar & Kitchen concept and continuing to elevate the venue's reputation as one of Brisbane's premier waterfront dining destinations.
With a strong focus on delivering a restaurant-quality food and beverage experience, the successful candidate will lead the team in creating exceptional guest moments while driving service standards, operational excellence, and commercial performance across the business.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a hospitality professional with a strong background in high-volume, fast-paced environments. The successful candidate will be a hands‐on and inspiring leader who is equally confident leading service on the floor as they are managing the strategic and operational functions behind the scenes. Passionate about hospitality, they will lead by example and set the standard for service excellence, team development and operational performance.
Candidates with experience leading some of Brisbane's best restaurants, premium casual dining venues, gastro pubs, or large-scale food-led operations as General Manager or Venue Manager will be highly regarded.
