About the Role
Protech is currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers for ongoing civil works based in Wangetti Beach (40 kms north of Cairns). The role offers consistent hours, competitive pay, a casual arrangement with ongoing work and the opportunity to work on essential civil projects.
Key Responsibilities
* General civil labouring duties
* Assisting with road, drainage, and civil construction works
* Manual handling and use of hand and power tools
* Working safely around plant, equipment, and site personnel
* Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
Tickets & Experience Required
* Previous civil labouring experience preferred
* Civil construction tickets (e.g., Excavator, Skid Steer, Roller) advantageous
* Construction White Card
* MUST have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel to site
* Strong safety awareness and work ethic
About You
Reliable and punctual, physically fit and capable of manual labour, flexible with hours including potential night work, and actively seeking ongoing civil work.
Pay & Hours
Pay rate starting from $ per hour, with potential for overtime and applicable penalty rates. Possible night shift work depending on project requirements.
