* The Boarding Supervisor will provide pastoral support to students in the boarding house, promoting a strong culture of respect and eliminating bullying or harassment.
* Assist the Head of House in maintaining a culture that values academic endeavour and commitment to excellence.
* Liaise with other boarding staff on matters related to student development.
* Monitor student behaviour, language, appearance, and technology use, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience working with children or in residential care environments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a team environment.
* Familiarity with child safety and wellbeing policies.
