About Our Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and values-driven Team Leader to join our team in creating a space where people feel confident, connected, and heard. You will play a central role in how we connect with the community, shaping experiences and supporting meaningful engagement.
You will develop strong relationships across services and community groups, represent us with warmth, and help strengthen community understanding of mental health and wellbeing. You will support co-design, invite community voices into our work, and contribute to shaping how we continue to evolve.
Key aspects of this leadership opportunity include:
* Leading a team to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our community
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with community groups and stakeholders
* Representing us at local events and meetings
* Servicing vulnerable populations by working closely with key service providers
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years senior mental health leadership experience, including senior lived experience roles
* 2+ years of experience in a community engagement / community development role, or similar
* 100 points of identification
* Evidence of right to work in Australia
* International Police (if required)
* Satisfactory National Police Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to undertake
