About the Opportunities
Mastermyne is seeking Expressions of Interest from highly skilled Underground Project Managers and Coordinators for upcoming opportunities across our long-term, established projects in the Moranbah and Middlemount regions.
Exceptional technical skills (or a specialisation) in Conveyor, Ventilation and Outbye is essential to be successful in these roles. We are seeking Underground Leaders who have achieved operational ownership of health and safety, hold commercial and contract management expertise, maintain stakeholder relations and have led by example in developing work teams skills and capability.

Minimum Skills and Experience
* Evidence of proven success in similar supervisory/management roles
* Experience in implementing safety management system initiatives
* Excellent communication and team building skills
* Outstanding leadership and people management skills
* Developed planning, budgeting and reporting skills
* Proven ability to form strong working relationships with key clients, suppliers and other industry contacts
