We have an opportunity for aCustomer Service Team Leader to join our team located at Malaga, WA. What you’ll do Reporting to the State Manager, you will support and lead the customer service team and play an integral role in building effective relationships with both our internal and external customers, process telephone sales by taking orders, provide over the phone quotations, project coordination and scheduling and attend to other customer service and project related activities. Lead, coach, and motivate a small customer service team to achieve excellence. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring orders, enquiries, and issues are managed efficiently. Be the go-to problem solver, helping customers, distributors, and internal teams find solutions. Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements in processes and service delivery. Collaborate with sales, operations, and production to ensure our wholesalers get what they need, when they need it. What we’re looking for Experience in customer service, ideally in manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution. Experience within the electrical, mechanical or similar industries (advantageous)Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.A practical, solutions-focused mindset with an eye for process improvement.
