As a Pharmacy Technician you will be responsible for providing the Pharmacy Department's technical support across the full range of pharmacy services provided by the Calvary Mater Newcastle Pharmacy including the sterile manufacturing of chemotherapy drugs.

Selection criteria
* Completion of a nationally recognised Pharmacy Technician Certificate Course at Certificate IV level (or equivalent) for Grade 3 positions; or Enrolment in a nationally recognised Pharmacy Technician Certificate Course at Certificate III or Certificate IV level for Grade 2 positions.
* Demonstrated hospital pharmacy dispensing experience with a high level of competency.
* Proven ability to work productively and effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Well-developed communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* Demonstrated attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.

Salary Classification: Pharmacy Technician Grade 2 Yr 1-4 to Grade 3 Year 1-3
Remuneration: $37.71 to $45.51 per hour + super + annual leave loading
