Job Title:

The company is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with the business to provide pragmatic and commercially focused legal support on a broad range of matters.

Provide timely, practical legal advice to internal stakeholders on a wide range of business matters.
>
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, project documentation (including EPC, O&M;, and property agreements), and commercial agreements.
>
Supporting dispute resolution, litigation, and risk mitigation strategies.
>
Designing and embedding compliance frameworks, policies, and training across the organisation.
>
Monitoring regulatory developments (including environmental, health, safety, and corporate governance) and ensuring ongoing compliance.
>
Conducting internal investigations and managing audits.
>
Partnering with senior stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance and sound governance.
>

About You:
>
>
4–7 years' post-qualification experience, ideally gained in a top-tier or mid-tier firm or a major infrastructure/energy business.
>
Strong background in construction, infrastructure or real estate law, with the ability to manage complex projects.
>
Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
>
Commercially minded, pragmatic and confident advising in a fast-paced, project-driven workplace.
