A Day in Your Shoes:
* You are working on an Apple computer printing orders & shipping labels using Shopify & StarShipIt.
* Using a confident, friendly voice that provides customer solutions - be it on chat, email, or phone.
* Any number of internet, admin or office tasks that we may need assistance with.
Commitment: Full-time CASUAL position, 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday. Immediate start to begin training in the lead up to our busy Christmas period.
This role is in our new office space located in The Depot, Byron Bay.

Handling customer inquiries like a pro — via phone, online, or email.
* Swift and efficient problem-solving skills.
* Processing payments and orders using Shopify.

We're willing to train the ideal candidate who brings a positive attitude, solid computer skills, and prior experience working full-time in an office environment.
