Competitive salary and benefits
* Salary range: $3038.50 to $3379.10 per fortnight (AO3)
* 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14% to 17.5% loading
* 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

Requirements
* Advanced customer service experience relevant to the public health setting, demonstrating patience, understanding, confidentiality and a positive approach that includes the ability to deescalate difficult situations.
* High level written, verbal and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external customers and stakeholders at various levels.
* Highly accurate utilisation of Microsoft Office 365 suite and corporate/patient information systems and databases, including the ability to retrieve and interpret performance information.
