Remuneration: $109,****** – $133,****** per annum + superannuation

About the Role
You will deliver high-quality assessment, treatment and case coordination services to children, young people and their families or carers within a multidisciplinary team that includes Psychiatry, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing and Dietetics.
The role is well suited to Clinical Psychologists in Training completing their Masters, with potential full-time employment opportunities after graduation. Some travel within the region may be required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide specialist, person-centred clinical interventions to children, young people and families.
Deliver trauma-informed care tailored to the needs of young people and families affected by mental health concerns.
Exercise independent professional judgement and clinical decision-making.
Maintain evidence-based, culturally sensitive practice and meet all professional, legal and organisational standards.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to service development initiatives.
Work semi-autonomously on assessment, formulation and clinical documentation tasks.
What You Will Demonstrate

Sound clinical skills in assessment, formulation and evidence-based therapeutic intervention.
The ability to manage complex presentations and exercise professional autonomy.

Essential Requirements
Qualification in one of the following: Occupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology/Clinical Psychology in Training, Nursing, Social Work, Counsellor (Bachelor of Health Science – Mental Health, Djirruwang Program), Nutrition & Dietetics. Eligibility must be granted by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency or equivalent post-registration qualification.
At least 3 years' experience in the clinical area of the specified postgraduate qualification.
Eligibility to drive in NSW and interstate and willingness to travel for work.
