Hourly Rates:
- Lead Educator: $33.00 – $37.54 (WT 4A.1 to 4.3)
- Casual Educator: $35.35 – $43.54 (WT 2.1 to 3.4 + 25% casual loading)

We’re now seeking passionate Lead Educators and Casual Educators who are eager to make a difference in children’s lives and grow their careers with one of Australia’s leading early learning providers.
About the Roles
- Deliver and support play-based educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
- Create safe, inclusive, and engaging learning spaces that support every child’s growth.
- Model and promote professional practice in line with the National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Lead and guide your room team (Lead Educator) or provide flexible support across rooms (Casual Educator).
What You’ll Need
- ACECQA-approved qualification :
- Lead Educator – Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Casual Educator – Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Working with Children Check (Employee) – VIC requirement
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training
- A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for early learning
