You'll work closely with business teams, IT specialists, and vendors to ensure system stability, maintain data integrity, and deliver a seamless user experience.
You'll be at the centre of our ERP transformation, helping drive the transition to TechnologyOne CiA (cloud/web), optimising business processes, and supporting automation and integration initiatives that enhance operational efficiency across the resort.
Job responsibilities Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Technology One ERP modules, addressing user incidents, service requests, and system errors within agreed SLAs.Investigate and resolve data, configuration, and integration issues between Technology One and related systems (e.g. POS, PMS).
Manage user access, security, workflows, and process rules according to business policies.Monitor ERP system health and performance, proactively identifying and addressing issues or escalating to vendors as needed.Perform and document data uploads, imports, and catalogue updates while maintaining data quality.Support automation, reporting, and optimisation initiatives across ERP modules.Participate in UAT for upgrades, patches, and new feature releases; coordinate with vendors or internal teams to deploy changes.Maintain accurate support documentation, FAQs, knowledge base articles, and change logs.Support post-implementation reviews and embed improvements into BAU operations.Investigate root causes of recurring issues, recommend process improvements, and participate in continuous improvement of system usability and business processes.Provide occasional after-hours support during major releases or incidents as required.
