Salary: $92,000–$96,000 per annum (plus super)
We're seeking someone practical, steady and detail‐focused to help guide day‐to‐day work standards across busy project sites. The role suits a person who's comfortable in changing conditions, can read a situation quickly and knows how to keep things running smoothly in places where the pace and environment shift without warning.
You'll spend most of your time out on active work areas, supporting crews, offering guidance and helping ensure tasks are carried out in line with agreed expectations.
What You'll Do
* Support the rollout of site plans and improvement efforts
* Encourage early reporting of issues, close calls and anything unusual
* Provide guidance to crews and supervisors on expected behaviours and work methods
* Carry out on‐site checks, observations and follow‐ups
* Assist with reviews after incidents or disruptions
* Help refine work methods, task steps and supporting documents
* Run site introductions, briefings and small group discussions
* Keep an eye on environmental aspects such as waste, spills and general site impact
* Communicate with internal and external contacts as neededMaintain a steady focus on consistent, reliable work practices
What You Bring
* Strong background working on large‐scale outdoor projects
* Experience in an advisory or support role on active work sites
* Solid understanding of general work requirements and obligations
* A methodical, process‐driven approach with strong attention to detail
* Ability to influence outcomes without formal authority
* Confident communicator who can guide, coach and support others
* Comfortable working in remote or demanding environments
* Formal studies in related fields are helpful but not essential
Mandatory Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree
* Certificate IV in a relevant field
* Current driver's licence
* General site induction
* Current First Aid certificate
* Desirable: training in structured review or investigation methods
