Compliance Specialist Role Overview
The Compliance Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation and enhancement of our compliance framework. This involves conducting routine audits, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions.
* Conduct comprehensive audits to assess compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
* Document audit results, prepare reports, and suggest remedial measures.
* Monitor the execution of corrective actions and report progress to senior management.
* Collaborate in developing and refining compliance frameworks, tools, templates, and procedures.
* Maintain accurate compliance records, dashboards, and reporting tools.
* Identify and evaluate compliance risks and provide mitigation strategies to operational teams.
* Deliver compliance training and workshops to staff and promote awareness of compliance obligations.
* Prepare compliance reports for internal stakeholders and offer guidance on compliance queries.
