We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Care Manager to lead our clinical team in a beautifully appointed aged care facility located just 2 hours outside of Melbourne. This is a permanent, full‐time position working Monday to Friday only—giving you your weekends back to enjoy the incredible regional lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and support the clinical care team to deliver outstanding resident care.
* Oversee clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management.
* Ensure full compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and participate in audit processes.
* Foster a collaborative, positive team culture and manage staff rostering and performance.
* Act as a key point of contact for residents, families, and external medical professionals.

Key Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
* Proven leadership experience within an Australian Aged Care environment (e.g., Care Manager, Clinical Coordinator, or ANUM).
* Deep understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN‐ACC funding, and compliance frameworks.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict‐resolution skills.
* A genuine passion for aged care and mentoring clinical staff.
