Your Role
- Assist the Store Manager in managing and maximizing the overall success of the store.
- Create a customer‑centric environment, achieve sales budgets, deliver consistent store standards, and manage costs.
- Train and coach the store team to deliver service excellence and achieve business objectives.

About You
- A leader with a hands‑on approach.
- Have a natural love for animals and people, and are passionate about retail.
- At least two years’ experience working with a high‑volume retailer.
- Have robust retail management/supervision (or similar), with a minimum one‑year experience in management.
- Proven ability to lead a team with a focus on team engagement.
- Friendly, patient, and eager to develop and train the team.
- Organised and detail‑oriented with a focus on achieving KPIs.
