About the Role
As part of the high‐performing Marketing Suite team, you'll play a critical role in driving product success and client satisfaction. Your work will:
* Provide fast, practical, commercial legal advice that empowers clients to move confidently.
* Support clients from onboarding through to long‐term partnerships, ensuring every touchpoint is seamless and supportive.
* Identify opportunities to expand client engagement with our broader suite (Promotions App, Marketing Review App, Secondments, Gateway).
* Drive product and process improvements that save time and increase value.
* Help build a loyal client base who become Plexus advocates.
* Collaborate cross‐functionally across Client Services, Product and Legal to solve challenges and share wins.
* Mentor junior lawyers and paralegals, helping them develop and thrive.
* Dive into new systems and legal domains with curiosity and confidence.
* Act as a subject‐matter expert, showcasing how Plexus solves real marketing compliance problems.
Your Background
You'll be a great fit if you have:
* Strong experience advising on trade promotions, risk, privacy or consumer marketing law.
* A commercial mindset with the ability to simplify legal advice for fast‐paced clients.
* Proven ability to juggle multiple matters and work across complex systems without dropping the ball.
* A passion for improving processes and using technology to deliver better outcomes.
* Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
* A growth mindset with high resilience, accountability, and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
