We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Darwin. This role involves project design and delivery across various projects and sectors. Responsibilities include independent design, project delivery, and stakeholder management.
About the Role
This position suits a Senior Civil Engineer with Australian experience, someone who has a good technical design background, strong consulting engineering and project delivery skills over a range of projects.
The successful candidate will have an opportunity to lead a team to deliver civil design projects including roads infrastructure, subdivisions and remote community facilities.
* Civil design and project management across a wide range of projects
* Construction phase support, design review, stakeholder management, liaison with authorities, reporting, contract administration and quality audits
* Liaising with engineers, designers, and drafters
* Adhering to professional standards, ethics and company quality procedures
* Managing clients and other consultants
* Assist with project management and business development
Requirements
To be successful for this role you'll need:
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by Engineers Australia
* Demonstrated experience in civil engineering design and documentation
* Knowledge of applicable Australian standards, codes and Territory requirements
* Obtain CP Eng and NT Registration as soon as eligible
* Eligible to obtain Defence baseline security clearance
