Glass / Maintenance Operative
This role will be based from Marsden Park.
Responsibilities
* Turn bus shelters into spotless, safe, and shiny spaces (glass clean‐ups, changing, replacing glass panels and Ad panel doors, fixing seats, structure checks, weed spraying and general glow‐ups).
* Repair and replace various types and sizes of precut glass across company assets.
* Zap graffiti and tackle minor repairs like a pro.
* Post fresh advertising campaigns when needed.
* Make hazardous sites safe and secure.
* Spot, report, and stay ahead of faults and damage.
* Represent the brand by keeping your company vehicle clean and skilled.
* 100% stick to safety, WHS, and company standards.
Qualifications
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
* Previous experience with basic hand and power tools.
* Asset maintenance experience preferred but not essential.
* Punctuality and reliability.
* Full Driver's Licence is a must (no P plate drivers).
* Ability to pass pre‐employment drug & alcohol check, driving history/licence check and reference checks.
