What you'll be doing
1. Crafting a variety of high-quality breads, pastries, and baked goods using traditional techniques
2. Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all products
3. Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new and innovative recipes
4. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
5. Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
6. Providing excellent customer service and assisting with counter duties as needed
What we're looking for
1. At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or Bread Baker in a commercial bakery
2. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations
3. Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills
5. A creative flair and passion for producing high-quality baked goods
6. Team-oriented attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
