What Will Help You Thrive In This Role
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid practising certificate
* Advanced experience in continence or related clinical care, including complex assessment and care planning
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills across patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and contribute to service or quality improvements
You'll stand out if you have postgraduate study in a relevant field and/or experience working in community or aged care settings.
