About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the presentation and functionality of the centre while ensuring exceptional customer service. You will work closely with other teams to foster a safe, clean, and cohesive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform programmed maintenance to ensure all facilities and services are operational and meet safety standards.
* Operate and maintain maintenance equipment efficiently and safely.
* Adhere to safe work practices at all times and contribute to a secure work environment.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
* Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the centre, ensuring high standards are met.
* Attend to various maintenance requests to create a safe and pleasant environment for customers, staff and others.
Skills & Requirements
* Must hold appropriate licenses for operating elevated work platforms.
* Knowledge of cleaning practices and maintenance equipment operations.
* Self‐motivated and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
* Reliable, punctual, and dedicated with a strong work ethic.
