Commercial Property Management Assistant
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with day‐to‐day management of commercial properties
* Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors and service providers
* Support property managers with lease administration and tenant queries
* Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, inspections and compliance tasks
* Maintain accurate property records, files and databases
* Assist with service charge, rent and invoice administration
* Obtain quotes and help arrange contractor works
* Monitor health and safety, insurance and statutory compliance documentation
* Prepare reports, correspondence and meeting notes as required
* Provide general administrative support to the property management team
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in property, facilities management, administration or customer service preferred
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident dealing with clients, tenants and contractors
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of commercial property management systems an advantage
