About the role
We are seeking an experienced RTO administration officer to join our team on a 12 month maternity leave contract.
Responsibilities
* Support students through all stages of their training from enquiries/enrolments to completion.
* Take enquiries from potential students and referral agencies.
* Process enrolments, enrolment amendments, and completions.
Qualifications
* Minimum of two years working in an administration and customer service role, preferably within the RTO or training sector.
* Experience using Student and Learning Management Systems.
* Positive can‐do attitude, willingness to grow and expand.
* Pro‐active approach to problem‐solving and streamlining processes.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
* Eligible to work in Australia and current Blue Card required.
