Senior Counsellor Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Counsellor to join our team. As a Senior Counsellor, you will provide evidence-based counselling services to students with complex needs, conduct risk assessments, develop safety plans, maintain confidential case notes, collaborate with professionals, offer guidance to parents and staff, contribute to curriculum planning, deliver professional learning sessions, and participate in meetings.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate experience supporting young people with diverse mental health needs, utilize your skill set for psychosocial assessments and therapeutic planning, provide support to families, collaborate with professionals, and leverage your knowledge of mental health systems referral pathways and local services.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field, Postgraduate qualifications in Counselling or related field, Experience working with children and adolescents, Strong understanding of child protection principles and practices, Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
