Key Responsibilities
* General administration and business support
* Email management and client communication
* Assisting with bookkeeping preparation
* Uploading and organising invoices within Xero
* Preparing accounts and contractor invoices for payment
* Purchase order coordination
* Sourcing pricing, quantities, and supplier information
* Assisting with miscellaneous operational tasks
* Supporting workflow organisation and task completion
* Coordinating and following through on outstanding items
About You
* Organised and detail‐oriented
* Proactive with strong common sense
* Comfortable asking questions when unsure
* Able to think beyond the immediate task
* Reliable and capable of following through
* Easy‐going and professional
* Able to handle responsibility and understand the importance of accuracy
* Comfortable working within a fast‐moving environment
Experience with Xero is highly desirable.
Experience within construction, trade businesses, bookkeeping, administration, or NDIS‐related environments is advantageous but not essential.
