Opportunity
Join Beca's Project, Program and Asset Services team in Melbourne as an experienced Project Manager. You will manage a variety of exciting projects across the Energy, Infrastructure and Water markets, working directly with clients and leading projects through the entire life‐cycle from Business Case development to Design, Construction and Operation.
Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver complex projects, ensuring quality, schedule, scope and cost compliance.
* Manage procurement, cost control and contract administration for project deliverables.
* Engage with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to develop business cases and secure project opportunities.
* Provide mentorship to junior team members and support their professional development.
* Represent Beca in client interactions, building and maintaining strong working relationships.
Qualifications
* Proven project management experience, including leadership, procurement, cost control and delivery of complex projects following Australian standards.
* Knowledge of Asset Management Systems and Frameworks preferred, including maintenance planning and asset renewal.
* Strong analytical, problem‐solving and communication skills.
* Experience in Energy, Infrastructure or Water projects is highly desirable.
* Tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or a related discipline.
* Positive, tenacious attitude with a commitment to Beca's purpose of "Make Everyday Better".
