**Director of Sales Job Description**

The primary objective of this role is to lead and manage the sales function, driving revenue growth and ensuring the hotel remains competitively positioned in the local market. This involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including account managers, event coordinators, and other decision-makers
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and revenue management, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact sales performance
* Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge
