Job Description

The Go to Market Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting with the go-to-market process for new product launches and market expansions. This involves coordinating cross-functional activities, managing project timelines, and assisting in the execution of marketing strategies. You will work closely with marketing, sales, product planning, and other departments to ensure the successful introduction and sustained success of our products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the development of plans to meet approved targets over the stated planning period, including the development of consumer retail offers and finance programs.
* Prepare and assess demand funnel metrics, including enquiry targets across digital (website) and outlets required to deliver the order write and retail plans of the period.
* Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for product launches and GTM initiatives.
* Volume and share competitive set performance reviews versus plan and prior year.
* Highlight volume and share gains/losses driven by variables such as price, incentives, SOV or availability.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* 3-5 years of experience in Go-to-market, Sales Operations, Marketing Communications or Product Planning.
* Experience working within the automotive or mobility industry is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
* Effective problem-solving skills to address data and operational challenges.
* A valid driver's license.
