About the role
We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and highly motivated Nursery Manager to join our outstanding Foundation Stage team.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery setting
* Experience of working with primary aged children, particularly early years
* A commitment to promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils
* Willingness to work flexibly across our busy Foundation Stage
* A commitment to teamwork and sharing best practice
* Can support the development and recruitment of staff within the setting
* Can demonstrate high expectations of positive behaviour for learning
* Builds and maintains relationships with pupils, parents and other staff to ensure the children receive the best possible support
* Ensures compliance with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety, security and confidentiality
