About this Role
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-performance retail store. Retail an extensive range of premium chocolates and offer specialty beverages, including hot and cold chocolate drinks, coffee, and ice cream.
Lead store performance, foster a positive team environment, achieve sales goals, and manage expenses to drive profitability. Guide and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage operational efficiency.
* Prior experience in Store/Assistant Manager roles in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments.
* Proven workforce planning skills, including recruitment, roster preparation, and labour budgets for a store team.
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers and drive repeat business with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging in-store experiences through visual merchandising and promotional events.
