We offer a full range of Grain and Grass-fed beef categories and export to over 40 countries globally. What you'll be doing This is a support and coordination role sitting within our HR team. You won't be flying solo on recruitment strategy - you'll be the organised, reliable backbone that keeps the hiring process moving. That means working closely with our HR team and hiring managers, making sure nothing falls through the cracks, candidates are kept in the loop, and the administration behind every hire is done properly. For the right person, there's genuine scope to grow into broader HR and recruitment responsibilities over time - but first and foremost, we need someone who takes pride in doing the coordination and admin side of things really well. You'll be Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple Stanbroke businesses and brands - posting roles, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication Keeping hiring managers updated and ensuring active roles stay on track Maintaining our recruitment system (Scout ATS) and keeping candidate records accurate and up to date Supporting a positive candidate experience that reflects the Stanbroke brand Assisting the HR team with onboarding coordination and general HR administration Helping with general HR coordination and initiatives as needed - this is a team that pitches in What you’ll bring You're organised, switched-on, and ready to be the person the team can rely on to keep things moving.
