FLS is seeking a proactive and customer‐focused Customer Relations Representative (CRR) to support our East Coast customer base across Australia. This role is responsible for managing daily commercial activities, coordinating customer orders, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.
Working closely with Sales, Technical Support, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end‐to‐end order process, including order entry, acknowledgements, confirmations, prepayments, and delivery follow‐up.
* Act as the primary day‐to‐day contact for customers, providing responsive support and building strong relationships.
* Coordinate Framework Purchase Agreements (FPAs), strategic stocking requests, consignment stock arrangements, warranty claims, and non‐conformance reports (NCRs).
* Maintain accurate customer and pricing data within ERP systems.
* Prepare customer performance reports and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met and business objectives are achieved.
Qualifications
* Experience in customer service, sales support, order management, inside sales, or commercial administration.
* Strong customer relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong problem‐solving skills, particularly in coordinating orders, freight, and customer requirements.
* Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP, Oracle, or similar, along with Microsoft Office applications.
