In this BDM role, you will be at the forefront of tapping into the market to build upon the existing Bullivants portfolio while supporting the delivery of a compelling customer offer and value‐add approach. You will work alongside the Sales Team to identify opportunities to convert leads with your proactive approach.
Responsibilities
* Identify opportunities for business growth to convert leads within the defined market
* Proactively approach and build relationships with existing and potential customers
* Develop a strong sales pipeline to ensure the achievement of targets
* Support at a local level relevant planned marketing and technical campaigns
* Actively involved in working with customers to deliver specialised rigging equipment to meet their needs
* Conduct some remote site visits to customers in the Regional Goldfields
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous BDM or Sales experience (preferred experience in mining or heavy machinery)
* Preferred experience in lifting and rigging markets
* Proactive and ambitious mindset to build upon existing presence
* Ability to foster meaningful relationships with customers
* A forward‐thinking mindset to develop solution‐oriented outcomes for customers
* High level written and verbal communication
This is a permanent, full‐time opportunity and will be based at Bullivants Kalgoorlie. Given the nature of this role, there will be the requirement to travel across the designated territory.
