Role Overview
We are seeking a Consultant GIS Analyst to join our GIS team, working out of our Brisbane office.
Responsibilities
* Support a wide range of ecological and environmental assessment projects
* Contribute to spatial analysis, mapping, and data management across diverse project types
* Produce professional, quality maps and spatial outputs with a clear understanding of spatial data structures and coordinate systems
* Assist in the automation of workflows and contribute to improving internal GIS systems and processes
Qualifications
* 1–2 years of industry experience
* Tertiary qualification in Spatial Science, GIS, Environmental Science, or related disciplines
* Proficiency in QGIS and/or ArcGIS and ArcGIS Pro
* Basic SQL, database concepts, and Python skills desired but not a prerequisite
* Experience with Field Maps and Survey123 highly regarded
