Job Title: Senior Clinical Operations Lead
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence in a busy healthcare environment.
Responsibilities will include:
* Leadership & People Management: Oversee the management of staff across nursing, operational and administrative roles, ensuring high performance and morale.
* Operational Excellence: Provide expert support to General Practitioners, maintaining awareness of RACGP Standards for General Practice and ensuring delivery of exceptional patient care.
* Risk Management: Manage incident reporting and escalation, resolving events of business interruption as needed.
* Financial Oversight: Review and implement service-based rosters within allocated budgets, manage billing and receipting, and provide financial reports as required.
* Accreditation: Oversee clinic accreditation, including self-assessment and site visits.
