We're looking for a proactive Commody Account Manager / Grain Broker with established grower and/or buyer relationships, is commercially sharp, great with people, and knows how to seal deals while maintaining genuine long-term relationships.

Flexible Engagement
We're open to discussing different engagement options with the right person. This could include an:
* employment arrangement with salary and incentives, or
* independent business-to-business contractor arrangement where you operate your own business while leveraging our brand, support, and networks.
Any independent contractor arrangement would operate as a genuine business relationship with flexibility and autonomy regarding how services are delivered.
Ultimately, we care more about finding the right person and creating a structure that works well for both parties.
What You'll Be Doing
* Build long-term relationships with growers, buyers, and industry contacts
* Secure repeat business through trust, communication, and reliability
* Negotiate and manage grain transactions
* Keep across grain markets, logistics, and industry movements
* Represent Grainwise professionally within the industry
* Identify opportunities that create value for both growers and buyers
You'll Probably Suit This Role If You:
* Already have relationships and networks within the grain industry (preferrably in the Wimmera VIC Region, although this is not essential)
* Enjoy talking grain, markets, rainfall, logistics, and agriculture
* Are self-driven and motivated to build something long-term
* Understand that repeat business is earned through trust and service
* Take pride in being someone clients rely on and call first
