Echo Realty is a profit-for-purpose real estate agency specialising in property management. It is a division of Evolve Housing Limited, one of Australia's leading not-for-profit Community Housing Providers (CHPs).
Unlike traditional real estate agents whose sole objective is to generate profits, the Echo Realty difference is that all profits will be reinvested to grow the supply of affordable housing stock in NSW and Victoria, and into social support programs delivered via Evolve Housing that empower very low to moderate income residents on their journey to independence.
What will your new day look like?
Assist in the establishment, initial leasing and management of new propertiesin Melbourne.
Oversee daily property management tasks, including leasing, inspections, maintenance coordination, and tenant communication.
Conduct open inspections, routine condition reports, and follow up with prospective tenants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants through clear communication and effective problem-solving.
Ensure compliance with residential tenancy laws and company standards.
Support the Senior Property Managerwith ad hoc duties as needed

Some important things you will need to begin this journey
2+ years of experience in property management or real estate.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
A positive mindset with a willingness to learn, working both independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work Saturdays on a needs basisto conduct property inspections.
A current VIC Driver's Licenseand reliable vehicle.
A valid Agents Representative Certificate.
Willingness to obtain a National Criminal Record Check
Willingness to obtain a NDIS check
