Responsibilities
Service Technician Plumber for Culligan, you will be performing installs, services, repairs, and maintenance of filtered boiling and chilled water systems which requires demonstrated troubleshooting ability and general technical experience.
* Troubleshooting using service manuals, computerized diagnostics and general technical experience.
* Conducting diagnostics for repairs and completing assessments for customers.
* Liaising with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure jobs are completed and, if required, follow-up appointments are arranged.
* Providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
* Qualified Plumber with full trade qualifications.
* Experience as a Field Service Technician or similar technical role (water systems, coffee machines, appliances, refrigeration, etc.).
* Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
* Comfortable working independently in the field to achieve efficient issue resolution.
* Great communication and customer service skills.
* Full Australian driver's licence.
