Empowering People. Changing Lives.

At Workpower, we're a values-driven organisation committed to empowering people with disability to live fulfilling, inclusive, and independent lives. Every day, our teams support individuals to build skills, confidence, and meaningful pathways through our School, Learn, Work, and Life services.

We're looking for a dedicated and inspiring Disability Support Manager – to lead operations at our Bentley/Balcatta sites.

If you're a people-focused leader who thrives on building strong teams, delivering high-quality supports, and creating real outcomes for customers, this is your opportunity to make a genuine impact.

About the Role

You will lead a team delivering person-centred services across multiple programs, ensuring customers are supported to build skills, achieve employment goals, and actively participate in hub-based activities.

In this role, you will:

* Lead, mentor, and support a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.
* Support individuals to work toward employment goals and meaningful participation in programs delivered through our Hubs.
* Oversee customer outcomes, case management, and proactive risk management.
* Manage incidents, ensuring accurate reporting, appropriate escalation, and timely follow-up.
* Build strong, trusted relationships with customers, families, Support Coordinators, and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with Allied Health professionals and other partners to deliver coordinated, person-centred supports.
* Review progress notes and documentation to ensure accurate and timely NDIS reporting.
* Maintain up-to-date records in line with organisational and NDIS requirements.
* Ensure compliance with Behavioural Support Plans, Work Health & Safety (WHS), and emergency procedures.
* Contribute to quality assurance activities, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure services meet NDIS Practice Standards and align with Workpower's quality framework.

About You

You're an engaging and capable leader who:

* Has experience in the disability, community, or human services sector.
* Is confident managing people, operations, and complex caseloads.
* Understands the NDIS and is committed to person-centred practices.
* Communicates effectively and builds strong working relationships.
* Is motivated by helping others achieve meaningful, real-life outcomes.

What We Offer

* A values-based organisation that celebrates inclusion and diversity.
* A supportive, passionate team culture.
* Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.
* A chance to make a genuine impact every day.

If you're ready to lead with purpose and make a lasting difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply now and join a team that's shaping brighter futures for people with disability.
