We're looking for a dedicated and inspiring Disability Support Manager – to lead operations at our Bentley/Balcatta sites.

About the Role
You will lead a team delivering person-centred services across multiple programs, ensuring customers are supported to build skills, achieve employment goals, and actively participate in hub-based activities.
In this role, you will:
* Lead, mentor, and support a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.
* Support individuals to work toward employment goals and meaningful participation in programs delivered through our Hubs.
* Oversee customer outcomes, case management, and proactive risk management.
* Manage incidents, ensuring accurate reporting, appropriate escalation, and timely follow-up.
* Build strong, trusted relationships with customers, families, Support Coordinators, and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with Allied Health professionals and other partners to deliver coordinated, person-centred supports.
* Review progress notes and documentation to ensure accurate and timely NDIS reporting.
* Maintain up-to-date records in line with organisational and NDIS requirements.
* Ensure compliance with Behavioural Support Plans, Work Health & Safety (WHS), and emergency procedures.
* Contribute to quality assurance activities, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure services meet NDIS Practice Standards and align with Workpower's quality framework.
