Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our client’s team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to work in aviation and be part of a dynamic environment.
Customer Service Role
What you’ll do:
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in and boarding
- Process travel documents, allocate seating, and issue boarding passes
- Provide clear communication during disruptions
- Passenger marshalling and gate assistance
What we’re looking for:
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts between 5:00am – 11:00pm
- Able to complete 2 weeks full-time training
- Willingness to obtain ASIC card and pass pre‑employment checks
