Responsibilities:
* Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management.
* Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness are maintained.
* Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
* Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
* Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers.
* Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications:
* Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
