About the Role
As Product Owner, Customer Communications, you will contribute to a purpose-led transformation across Consumer Insurance Claims. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver clear, timely and meaningful communications for customers. This role enables you to influence experiences, improve customer outcomes and support strategic objectives across Consumer Insurance.
What You'll Do
* Lead a cross-functional initiative to deliver customer communication outcomes aligned to Claims and Consumer Insurance strategy.
* Manage end‐to‐end delivery, ensuring clear requirements, structured testing and smooth implementation of communication solutions.
* Prioritise the backlog based on customer needs, business outcomes and regulatory obligations to maximise delivered value.
* Partner with stakeholders across claims, technology and risk to design solutions that improve clarity and customer experience.
* Provide clear direction and maintain focus on delivering outcomes that support customers during claims journeys.
* Monitor delivery progress, manage risks and provide regular updates to stakeholders on outcomes and performance.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in insurance or financial services, with strong understanding of customer and claims environments.
* Demonstrated ability to lead delivery in agile or project environments, including backlog prioritisation and requirement definition.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to align business and technology teams to achieve outcomes.
* Technical and data literacy, enabling you to work with systems, communication platforms and data insights.
* Analytical thinking skills to identify opportunities, solve problems and improve customer communication experiences.
* Ability to manage competing priorities with clear goals and structured approaches in a dynamic environment.
