Our client is a global business communications provider, and they're looking for a capable and motivated Project Manager to join their delivery team. This role involves managing infrastructure projects, including upgrades and transformation initiatives.
You'll play a key role in driving project outcomes, coordinating stakeholders, and working collaboratively with technical teams. Ideal for someone with solid hands-on delivery experience, ready to step up and broaden their skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning and delivery of network and infrastructure projects, including upgrades and migration
* Work closely with stakeholders and clients facing environment
* Liaise with internal delivery teams and vendors to meet timelines and quality expectations
* Engage with customers to understand project needs and help resolve delivery challenges
* Coordinate tasks, manage dependencies, and monitor project progress across your portfolio
* Contribute to status reporting, stakeholder updates, and issue escalation
Skills & Experience
* 7+ years of experience in Project Management / similar roles within Telecom industry
* Experience delivering networking, infrastructure, or cloud-based projects
* Exposure to technologies like Cisco ISE, AWS, or Azure
* Project certifications (Prince2, APMP, ITIL, Six Sigma, or similar)
* Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach
* Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
